Design of optimal PI controller for torque ripple minimization of SVPWM-DTC of BLDC motor

Conventional direct torque control (CDTC) for brushless DC motor (BLDCM) using proportional integral (PI) controller suffers from ripple minimization and speed regulation issues. A novel method in fusion with space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) DTC optimal PI is developed to minimize these In this method, SVPWM replaces switching table hysteresis controllers CDTC. To get better performance steady state, conventional are preferred SVPWM-DTC BLDCM. However, uncertainty arises due tuning as well load variations. such a case, tuned properly can uncertainties. Here, JAYA algorithm used tune gain parameters. Simulations of proposed BLDCM carried away Simulink. appreciate the BLDCM, simulation results compared particle swarm optimization (PSO) technique based controller. This reduces toque by 63.1% when 58.5% PSO-PI It also improves settling time 43.9% 46.79%
